Concepcion, parish priest of St. Maria Gorretti Parish, Manila, gave the priests and religious four points to ponder on, during the official closing of the Year of the Clergy and Consecrated Persons in the Diocese of Malolos on Nov. 23.

He mentioned four things priests and religious need to reflect on to continue imitating Jesus as a Church. He asked, “How do we continue Christ’s work?” According to Concepcion, this is can be done by meditating on the following points:

  • What do we need to do?;
  • What we do, we do out of love;
  • When we do out of love, we increase our faith in God; and
  • When we act out of love, we always think of what we should hope for.
