Cardinal Advincula ‘on the road to recovery’

Cardinal Jose Advincula of Manila is showing no more symptoms of Covid-19, an official of the archdiocese said Wednesday.
The 69-year old cardinal is just completing the days of quarantine, his chancellor Fr. Reginald Malicdem said.
“He is on the road to recovery,” Malicdem said. “The cardinal has no more symptoms of Covid-19.”
Advincula tested positive for the coronavirus on Sept. 17, prompting him to quarantine himself.
The archdiocese said he had no other symptoms aside from a slight fever.
The cardinal is fully vaccinated against Covid-19 even before he was installed Manila archbishop in June.
