The Students of St. Alphonsus Theological and Mission Institute (SATMI) organized on March 18, Sunday, a half-day talk for parents and youth in the Basic Ecclesial Communities (BECs), focusing on the theme “Parenting Millennials and the role of the Church”.
“We see [now] an even urgent and deeper need that needs to be considered by our people, specially now [with] the reality about what we call the technological advancements,” said Br. Marthy John Silubrico, CSsR, chairman of the Pastoral Committee, in Bisaya.
He added that these technologies have a “big impact” on the family, in terms of communication, relationship, between parents and their children.
